How to return/exchange an item I had bought from you?Contact us by e-mail or send us a message in our website chat to inform us and to discuss the details. We will refund your money after we receive the item and examine its condition. You have to send it back within 14 days from the day it's been delivered to you. Read our Return and Exchange policy.

I wasn't at home to receive my order. What should I do now?In that case, your order is in the nearest DHL office. You can go there or contact them, with your order information and tracking number. You can arrange for delivery to your home or office, or collect it yourself from a DHL office.

What to do if I want to cancel the order?Send us an email including your tracking number and purchase details. You can cancel your order within a few days after you paid it. We will take care further, deal with our delivery partners and refund you. If you have already received the package, you cannot cancel the order, you can return it and get your money back.

Do you ship to my country?We make shipments almost everywhere worldwide. You can see our list of countries we deliver to here.

How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?It depends on your region – between two and five working days.

In which hours of the day should I expect my delivery?We work with DHL and they normally deliver during the working days. Please, make sure you give us the address you will be available at on the days and hours of delivery.

Is my credit / debit card information safe?Yes. We don't process your bank details; we use third-party services, offered by PayPal, which is a trusted financial institution.

When can I expect my refund?We will provide a refund immediately upon the return of the product after we examine its condition. It might take up to 2 days to examine the condition of the returned item. However, bank providers may take 3 to 10 business days to process the refund into the original mode of payment.

What payment methods do you offer?We accept payments through PayPal because they accept all kinds of cards and have a better security. Currently, other payment solutions are not suitable for our business. We hope we will be able to offer you some diversity soon.

SIZING & MEASUREMENT-

I followed your measurement instructions and took measurements of a garment I own, and has a closer fit to the description of the item I want to buy, but they are different. What should I do now?If measurements you took are smaller than the ones listed in our shop for the given size, don't buy it. Compare them with the next size but if there is more than 2 cm / 0.78740 inches difference between our measures and the ones you took, you shouldn't buy it. If you decide to buy anyway and it doesn't fit, you can always return it. We have tables with garments' dimensions in both inches and centimetres on every product page in the English version of our shop. You can see them there, so you have a sight of the item. Are woolen winter coats waterproof?A woolen coat is very difficult to soak in rain but puffer jackets are more waterproof than a woolen coat. However, a woolen coat isn't suitable for skiing. Wool has very good insulating qualities.

Are woolen coats good for winter?Woolen coats are one of the best options for a snowy and cold winter and the most elegant one. Wool is a natural material with very good warming qualities. Woolen coats are not particularly heavy.

Is your brand sustainable?Yes, we are a sustainable brand in that sense, in which we avoid usage of synthetic materials, like polymers, except for buttons, and we use only natural materials and recycled cardboard for our packaging. Why do you have so few items?We are a young brand. It’s a hard business and, with the pandemic, things are a little bit more difficult but we work on new items regularly. Expect our new items very soon.
